A label. Nothing else.
321label is a parcel desk without the queue: three boxes, one price, one label. Built in Denmark for people who ship one parcel — and for systems that ship thousands.
Shipping a parcel should be a countdown, not a form.
Every shipping site we tried asked for an account before it would tell us a price. Then a subscription. Then a "shipping profile". All we wanted was one label.
So we built the desk we wished existed. 3 — who's it for? Paste, snap or type the receiver; the desk reads addresses out of anything. 2 — what is it? Weight and a size. 1 — pick a rate, pay, print. The countdown ends, the parcel goes.
No account. Pay per label. Real people if something goes sideways. That's the whole product, and we intend to keep it that small.
Four rules we don't bend.
Live rates from every carrier on the route, cheapest first. We earn on the label, not on a subscription.
If your mother can't ship a parcel unassisted, we haven't finished. Three boxes, no manual.
The price you see in box 1 is the price you pay. No booking fees, no fine print, no lock-in.
The same desk is open to software: a REST API and an MCP server, so your systems — or your AI agent — can buy labels.
A small Danish team and a lot of carriers.
We don't drive the vans — the carriers do. 321label sits in front of them so you only deal with one desk, one receipt, one support line. Every label is a real carrier label, scanned and tracked like any other.
Six countries out, most of the world in.
Pick your country in the header and the desk sets the route, the currency and the language. Customs paperwork appears only when a border actually needs it.
