Stuck? Unlikely. But here's help.
Most questions are answered below, in countdown order. If yours isn't, real people answer until 21:00 — even about one lonely label.
What can I send, and how?
+How does it work?
Three boxes, counted down. 3 — who's it for: paste, photograph or type the receiver. 2 — the parcel: weight and a size. 1 — pick a rate and pay. The label lands in your email as a PDF; print it, stick it on, drop the parcel at the shop or wait for pickup.
+What can I send?
Ordinary parcels: clothes, books, electronics, gifts, returns. Each carrier has a list of things it won't carry (dangerous goods, live animals, cash, most liquids under pressure). If you're unsure, write to us before you buy the label.
+S, M, L — what are the sizes?
S 23×16×5 cm (a book, a phone) · M 30×20×10 cm (shoes, a sweater) · L 48×35×20 cm (a moving box for the small stuff). Bigger or oddly shaped? Pick custom and type the centimetres.
+Why does weight decide the price?
Carriers price in weight bands. Round up honestly: a parcel that turns out heavier than the label says gets re-weighed and re-billed by the carrier, which is slower and dearer than getting it right in box 2.
+Parcel shop or home delivery?
Each rate shows a little pill: 🏪 parcel shop or 🏠 home. Parcel shop is usually the cheapest — the receiver collects it nearby. Home delivery goes to the door. The pill's tooltip says which is which.
+Where do I drop it off?
Any drop-off point of the carrier you picked — the label's email links to a map. Pickup from your address is available on some routes and shows as its own rate.
+When do I need "Contents & value"?
Only when the parcel crosses a customs border — for example to Norway or the UK. Box 2 asks for it automatically when the route needs it, and the customs form is generated for you. Inside the EU it stays an optional chip.
Paying, printing, tracking.
+Pay now or pay later?
Pay now charges the card and releases the label. Pay later releases the label immediately and emails a payment link — pay within 60 minutes or the label voids itself and nothing is charged. Handy when the parcel is already taped shut.
+Which currency am I charged in?
The one you picked in the header: DKK, EUR, SEK, NOK or GBP. The picker changes every price on the site, and the payment is made in that currency.
+Where is my label?
In your email as a PDF the moment it's paid (or issued, with pay later). Check spam if it takes more than a minute. The receipt and tracking link are in the same email.
+How do I print it?
Any printer, black and white is fine. A4 works — fold along the frame and tape it flat over the parcel, barcode uncovered. Label printers (4×6″) print it at native size.
+Can I track the parcel?
Yes — every label has a tracking number and a link in the email. It updates as the carrier scans the parcel; the first scan is at drop-off.
+Can I cancel a label?
A label can be cancelled before the carrier has scanned it. After that it's a shipment and the carrier's rules apply. Timelines and refunds are in the terms; if in doubt, write to us with the order reference.
You, your data, no account.
+Do I need an account?
No. Your email is your receipt, your label delivery and your support reference. Optional accounts are self-serve at /account — saved addresses and a prepaid wallet, for people who ship often.
+What happens to the address I paste or photograph?
It's read once to fill the receiver fields and then discarded — the photo, screenshot or pasted text is not kept. The address itself goes on the label, which is what you asked for.
+Why did the site guess my country and currency?
To save you two clicks: the desk looks at your IP, time zone and browser language and picks a likely country, currency and language. Change any of them in the header — your choice is remembered on this device and beats the guess.
+Where is the privacy policy?
Right here. Short version: we keep what the label and the receipt need, the payment provider keeps the card, and nobody gets a marketing cookie.
