+Which currency am I charged in?
The one you picked in the header — DKK, EUR, SEK, NOK, GBP or USD. Every price on the site follows the picker, and so does the payment.
+What does "pay later" mean?
You get the label right away and a payment link by email. Pay within 60 minutes — if you don't, the label voids itself and nothing is charged.
+Can I get a refund for a label I didn't use?
A label can be cancelled before it's scanned by the carrier. The rules and timelines are in the terms; when in doubt, write to us.
