Who we are
321label.com (“321label”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a service operated by A1 (CVR no. 32355643), based in Denmark, with its registered office at Hjortegyden 18, 5560 Aarup, Denmark.
By using the 321label.com website or purchasing a shipping label through our service, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to these Terms of Service in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Our service
321label is an online platform that lets you purchase shipping labels from major carriers — including GLS, PostNord, DHL, and UPS — in a few steps. We act as a commercial reseller of carrier services. We do not operate physical sorting or delivery infrastructure; fulfilment of shipments is performed by the carrier you select at the time of purchase.
Our service is intended for lawful personal and business use involving ordinary parcel shipments. We offer a human web interface, a machine-readable REST API, and an AI-agent interface (MCP). All surfaces access the same underlying service and are subject to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction) to use our service. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We currently provide service primarily within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and the United States; coverage may vary by carrier.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in your selected currency (defaulting to the currency of the country associated with your IP address). Prices are indicative until confirmed at checkout and may change between quote and purchase if carrier rate schedules are updated. The price shown at the time you confirm your purchase is the final price you will be charged.
Payment is collected at the time you buy a label. You pay by card or by a supported bank-based method through Mollie, a licensed European payment service provider. We do not store your card number, CVC, or full payment credentials — these are handled entirely by Mollie subject to their terms and applicable PCI-DSS standards.
“Pay later”: you may choose to receive the label immediately and pay afterwards. An unpaid label is cancelled automatically 60 minutes after it was issued if payment has not been completed by then.
Where applicable, VAT or other taxes will be added at checkout or included in displayed prices as required by law.
Accounts and prepaid balance
You can use 321label without an account. If you create one, you sign in with a link sent to your e-mail address — there are no passwords. An account can hold a prepaid balance: money you pay in advance that is then used to pay for your labels. Any unused balance can be paid back to you on request. A prepaid balance earns no interest.
Label creation and digital delivery
A shipping label is a digital service that we perform immediately, at your request. Once payment is confirmed (or the label is issued under “Pay later”), we create your shipping label and make it available for immediate download as a PDF. By requesting immediate creation and delivery of a shipping label, you explicitly acknowledge that the digital content is fully provided at that point, and that — in accordance with applicable EU consumer law — the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the label has been issued and made available to you.
You are responsible for printing the label at the correct size (typically A6 or A4 with a cut line), attaching it securely to your parcel, and handing the parcel to the selected carrier within any validity window printed on the label.
321label is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by illegible or incorrectly applied labels, incorrect address data entered by you, or carrier handling after acceptance.
Cancellation and refunds
A label may be cancelled before the carrier has scanned or accepted the parcel into its network. Once the carrier has accepted the parcel (typically upon first scan at a drop-off point or collection), the label can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds for a cancelled label are made to the original payment method within 14 days once the carrier has confirmed that the label has been cancelled and was not used. Where a label was paid from a prepaid balance, the amount is returned to that balance. Acceptable use
You agree not to use 321label to ship:
- Goods that are prohibited or restricted by the carrier you selected, Danish law, EU law, or the law of the destination country.
- Dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or controlled substances unless the relevant carrier explicitly permits them under a declared and properly documented service.
- Counterfeit or infringing goods.
- Any item intended to cause harm to a person, animal, or property.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our service and to report suspected unlawful use to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property
All content on 321label.com — including the design, code, copy, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent. Your use of the service does not grant you any intellectual property rights in our platform or content.
Limitation of liability
321label acts as a reseller of carrier services. We are not liable for loss, damage, or delay of a shipment once the carrier has accepted the parcel; any such claims must be submitted directly to the carrier under their terms of carriage. We will reasonably assist you in initiating such claims where our records allow.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant label. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Consumer rights
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you retain all statutory rights granted by applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived by contract. These terms do not limit those rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date of a revised version constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
